Founder
Larry Grossman is the Founder of the SPARK Recovery Program and Co-Founder of the Never Too Late Coaching Program. With over 40 years of experience, he has helped individuals overcome addiction, mental health challenges, trauma, and life setbacks.
Larry is passionate about helping people rebuild their lives through support, accountability, and hope. He believes everyone deserves a second chance and that positive change is always possible because it's never too late.

President
Jeff Davis shares his journey of building Xtreme Detailing, Agape Pro, The Detailer’s Lounge Podcast, and Never Too Late Organization driven by discipline, growth, and a commitment to excellence in business and life.
John Goodwin
Coaching Director
John Goodwin brings over 30 years of experience in public service and nonprofit organizations, dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. Known for his approachable and compassionate style, he combines practical insight with real-life experience to support those facing recovery, addiction, and other life difficulties.
As a member of the Never Too Late organization, John shares lessons from his own journey of growth and resilience, inspiring others to believe that positive change is possible.
Tina Parcell
Clinical Supervisor
Tina Parcell, LCSW is a clinical social worker with over 35 years of experience serving the Norfolk and Virginia Beach communities. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Known for her compassionate and practical approach, Tina helps clients build resilience and create meaningful change. She is also a Board-Approved Supervisor for LCSW licensure and has mentored social work interns for over 25 years.
